Our pitchers only allowed 9 total runs in the three GSU games so they weren't the problem. Our bats went from averaging 10+ runs per game to 2 in each of our losses against one of the worst pitching teams in the SBC. And we averaged 3.5 runs per game in our two losses to UL. It bugs the crap out of me, how many strikes we take. You need to be aggressive at the plate. I guess the saving grace today is Troy beating SOAL…. we may not lose ground in conference.
