Re: Roster/Staff Updates
Good grief people, give the man a year or two . . . so many variables to what happend last year, this will be the first true test of what he and this coaching staff can do. DLo is not Cig. As much as some of you have a one year turn it completely around mentality, that is just not realistic for us ...

Re: Dowell Loggains and his recruiting staff are absolutely phenomenal.
The only reason there is a facade that stars matter is because they give high stars to the usual power programs that are in the playoffs every year based on size, offers, and stats. Indiana has proven so far that those 4-5 stars don't even matter if you got the right fits for your system, good coac...

DJ Burks to Tennessee.. interesting Was afraid this day was coming. Now they are raiding depth pieces at G5 to stock their 3 deep. I thought they would rely on high school recruiting and development but until there is a proper incentive, or disincentive structure in place, this is going to get wors...

Re: Dowell Loggains and his recruiting staff are absolutely phenomenal.
Stars matter at the 5 and upper 4 levels. More players from there go on to college and NFL success than anyone below them. After that it's more about buy in, the right fits and honestly some luck. I do like Dowell's philosophies on recruiting. Multi-sport athletes, team captains and fighting for th...

Re: Roster/Staff Updates
I think Justin Harper is a “good ole Catawba County boy” that played at Bandys. As a graduate of The South of Caldwell, myself, I dare say that I haven’t heard that term, Bandys, in about 15 years. Always good to hire local guys. I’d say to go see what Brad Hardee is up to but he’s a Physician now ...

Thought Dozier was heading to NC State? Barnes is shocking but you tail off the way he did and it creates questions. Would like to see him back another year, as well as Dozier. Development could help them.

In addition to a big payout, Gamble can look forward to enjoying the many charms afforded by Greenville/ECU: heat, humidity, mosquitoes, clouds of gnats, crime and nonexistent academic standards. You forgot 5th Street on Friday) Saturday night 😂 Downtown Greenville on Friday and Saturday is a good ...

Dig your heels in, practice and get better with your brothers. NFL doesn’t give those 2nd chances for borderline guys. Hopefully our guys got better in Decembe...

https://x.com/themscpodcast/status/2002588108345450688 Reinventing the FCS is a terrible idea. Energy of this thread is all wrong. The fight should be for regulation around nil and transfer portal, not a g5 playoff. It’s a huge slap in the face to all of us who were on the team/worked with the team...

He's considered an NFL prospect even with his down year last year. If he left SC there would be plenty of cash thrown at him for beyond what we could afford. Honestly, I'd rather us run with and develop that 3 star dual threat qb we recruited than even try to bring this guy on for a single season i...

He is a Pitt grad. His ego will definitely consider that job heavily if offered. A graduate of Lil brother school gets opportunity at Big Brother school... Right up his ego ... Why do you all think he has a huge ego? He works hard and knows his craft. It isn’t ego, it’s certainty. When you work tha...

Why go to Penn State? They will never be satisfied with his results. Indiana is taking care of him with lots of money. Everything you do at IU makes him god. They will appreciate him there regardless for the rest of his career. No brainer if I were him. Because a God at Indiana is akin to being a p...

Well, it's official. Gold out. Riley did it again. 1 kid somehow convincing a whole Athletic department. Don't know if it was just him as there were others. As passionate as he is, he acts on every impulsive idea, doesn't listen to others and is convinced everyone against him are just boomers who w...
