Re: Birmingham Bowl

Hopefully the program has hit rock bottom and there's no other way but up. Once again, the thing that frustrated me most, other than the play calling, was the lack of improvement throughout the season. Correctable issues were never corrected, we were our own worst enemy, and on multiple games we sna...

Re: Birmingham Bowl

Shawn Clark (God rest his soul) would have produced a better result than DL. Considering you’ve said pretty much the same about Moore, Satt, and Drink over the years, it’s just the same sound from a one-note piano. Hope you’re right and DL turns this ship around next season. This season’s results h...

Re: Birmingham Bowl

We’re pretty even in the stats category with Georgia Southern, just not the scoreboard. I’m proud of our guys for going out there with a team basically put together with scotch tape. So pissed off with our coaching staff, where has Wilson been the entire year?? Going into next season I feel somewha...

Re: Birmingham Bowl

Fourth quarter interview, Coach DL what do you need to do in order to get back into the game? Go away from what has worked, and go 3 and out.

We need to work with much more urgency. We are down 16. We could have run at least 3 more plays before the 4th Q.
It’s a scrimmage

Re: Birmingham Bowl

The Stink makes adjustment and we come out looking like a DL coached team.

Gave them three there. Thanks, replay assist.
That and leaving 17 points on the field is not a recipe for victory.

3rd and 3 in 4 down territory.
And we bring in Gillon to throw a pick?

It’s 4 down territory….run it twice

Remind me why Wilson was moved to DB?
Announcer just said DL said Wilson “isn’t a strong passer”
We have not passed the ball down field all year. Very rarely.
