Re: 2026
Oh my goodness. Just looked up 247. Looks like good signing class, 30 some transfers yeesh. What's ya'll's guess for qb. Hasselbeck nfl son? 30 transfer is less than we took in last season. Get used to seeing them though, it's just the way of CFB now. Yes, Henry is Matt Hasselback's son. DLo coache...

Re: Roster/Staff Updates
Just remember, OC doesn't always mean play caller. There's more duties to being an OC than calling plays. This just seems like a role to take certain things of DLo's plate to free him up for more HC duties

Pfftt if you want REAL AUTHENTIC Appalachian music for this, just go to the Jones House on Thursday and pick from any of the plethora of Old Time musicians that jam there I know a guy that knows a guy…we might be able to land Brooke/Darin Aldridge and/or Boone & Church for this. Re: Portal time 25-26
I know that if you aren’t on campus now, you can’t participate in spring ball. I am posing a question of a potential work around. I had no clue what the rules are and the NCAA doesn’t either. Could you sign a player next month for example and make them an employee of the school to participate in sp...

Re: Portal time 25-26
Can we pay the FCS studs? Doesn’t look like we can or else we’d have landed some. I fear they are even out of our price range. We purportedly doubled our NIL budget from last year, I think we can pay FCS kids for G6 prices. We can't compete with P4 amounts but we should be competitive with G6 progr...

Re: Portal time 25-26
RS 2023. No game action 2024. 4 tackles in 2025 at FCS level. Is this a project? Depth play? Practice squad? Is there more to the story of this player? Maybe I am too ambitious. I had hoped, if we are dipping into the FCS level, that the player has some valuable playing time Can we pay the FCS stud...

Re: Portal time 25-26
That may be right but he’s probably… probably making more in Charlotte (at least incrementally) than he would at App. Due to the school getting $4-5 M per year from conference as opposed to the SunBelt media deal. Plus the AAC is attempting to require schools pay a higher Rev Share and get to $10M ...

Chopped please. Pulled pork is not as good. Sliced is better than pulled. Call pulled pork what it is: shredded pork. Shots fired. I personally like all Q, some is better than others but it is all good. The only real barbecue is from Texas. BBQ from texas is beef....we are talking pork.....real bbq...

8-4 would be nice, but I can think of other things that might be better: -A thoughtful game day entertainment plan (with a different DJ) -Cups with ice -Additional points of ingress/egress from KBS  And barbecue, don't leave out the lovely barbecue ;) Chopped please. Pulled pork is not as good...

Re: Dowell Loggains and his recruiting staff are absolutely phenomenal.
Having the highest rated recruiting class is new territory for Appalachian and we just do not know how to react to it yet. I do know from working at a summer camp with team competition that in order to win you do not need the best athletes what you need are the second-best athletes and girls that c...

App beat out Arkansas for him, who hosted him this weekend on a visit. DLo and staff continue to cook. We are recruiting at the highest level ever in program history.

We are still looking to add a big frame WR to replace Stroman/Dozier.
