Apparently THC vape (but didn't get a drug charge) and would need to look into the conceal carry charge, thought it should be legal with FL's const carry law. He was 22 according to article. I would assume the gun charge was because of the other charge. He blew a 0.000 and THC is not illegal so all charges were dropped.

Yeah, guess the gun charge was because of the drug. But that is weird since he didn't get a drug charge.
