A Request
I would appreciate any prayers any of you can send up. I lost my dad today. Trying to keep it together for Mom, but I’m struggling. He was my role model and the best man I’ve ever known. Thanks.

It's tough brother. I'm glad you're holding it together for your mom. She's probably holding it together for you.
Don't hold back your emotions. Accept your grief and talk to people. And be thankful for the years you had with him. If you are class of 89, you are 3 years after me. I lost mine when I was 27.

Prayers for you and your family. Though we haven't met I've worn your shoes. Even though your legs feel weak now faith, family, time and memories will help cover your wound. It never goes away, but the scar it leaves eventually becomes a landmark of the great times you had with your Dad. Blessings.

I lost my mom when I was 17 (far to soon) and my dad in 2011. It's never easy. Thoughts and prayers!!!
