That was incredible. I can’t even be considered a casual hockey fan, but I got into both Team USA runs. Today’s game was incredible. So intense. Loved it. Loved taking down Canada in “their” sport.

Maybe they should have become the 51st state when they had the chance.

Both teams were awesome. US and Canadian women's hockey team's are so much better than the rest of the world. The final was very good. The move by Keller on the game winning goal was impressive.

46 years since the Miracle... And this was a little miracle. Canada dominated the 2nd and 3rd period. If MVPs were given, 37 deserves it

It was absolutely phenomenal. There's nothing more exciting than a hockey game going down to the wire, especially an overtime game. A game truly deserving of gold medal status.

I typically only follow and watch the Canes when possible. It was a really exciting game and the double pipe miss and our goalie saves were incredible. Gotta say that hockey does it right with OT. We got outplayed for the most part but absolutely hung in and the golden goal was awesome.

Crazy that a guy can play on a Canadian pro team as an American, beat Canada and go back there next week to be cheered (hopefully) again.

I thought about this a few times during the last two weeks. You just know there's some poor Russians cleaning their rifles in the Ukrainian wilderness complaining like, "We are SO much better than these guys! We should be there!"

I still get nervous twitches when I go over the 1972 men's basketball game vs. USSR. That was the most blatant form of cheating (2 times) you'll ever witness in a basketball game. The USA team refused to accept the silver medals, refused to take the podium, and if I remember those silvers are somewhere in storage with the IOC.

For those young 'uns who have no clue what I'm look it up sometime. All you need to watch is the last 3:00 of the game.
