Kermit does deserve plenty of credit. Team is showing flashes of good ball and better pitching more than anything. Bunts do matter...especially in close games. Not necessarily to move a runner from 1st to 2nd up 2 with no outs, but they do matter.

We’d gone awhile without boneheaded coaching. Bit us in the butt with pitching decisions in the 6th.
Tibbett was fresh to close it out but you pitch a guy at 101 pitches and bring in someone that threw 40 yesterday?
Still no Tibbett but down 10-8 now. Worried about tomorrow today…
